Here you will find all the conditions to be able to have the trip of your dreams. We are located at the small village with the big soul, Storåbränna.

When you visit Big River Camp, you can really feel the peaceful tranquility the wilderness gives us humans. Our facility offers you as a guest plenty of opportunities for you to have your dream trip together.

Inside and outside the facility you will also find lots of activities that both children and adults can take part in. If you want to challenge your taste buds, you can come by our restaurant where we serve lunch but also dinner. We choose our ingredients with the greatest of care and love for cooking is our secret ingredient. We also have vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. We can also organize catering. Of course, we also have a children's menu for our younger visitors!

We also have a newly built conference facility with associated spa and relaxation area. We can organize the conference of your dreams! Do you feel a little stiff in your body? Then come by our luxurious spa where we can offer different types of body treatments. You will feel full of energy after a treatment by our professional masseurs.

Outside the facility you have your feet in the Jämtland wilderness. And we have the conditions for you as guests to take advantage of everything the wild nature here with us has to offer. Dog sledding, guided snowmobile tours, game viewing and mountain hiking are just a few examples of activities that you can take part in. There are certainly no dull moments here. We also have scooters, segways and quad bikes for rent.

Of course, you can also explore the wilderness on your own. Here we have several charming small towns in the immediate area and lakes where you can fish.

In 2018, we won the award as entrepreneur of the year at the Guldgalan. The nearest major city Strömsund is 38 km away. To Östersund it is 108 km. Welcome to the wilderness dear guests!
