Billingens Stugby & Camping

A warm welcome to Billingens Stugby & Camping!

At Skövde's so-called "city mountain" called Billingen we find Billingen's leisure area where Billingens Stugby & Camping is also located. This area is scenic and most activities are available within walking distance of the campsite. Among other things, in the immediate area there are temperate outdoor pools, conference hotel, exercise tracks, slalom slope, artificial ice bandy track, cross-country ski tracks and a nice fishing lake.

In the middle of all this we find Billingens Stugby & Camping with its more than 100 camping pitches, hostels, cottages as well as a party room and conference. Here you will find a natural and very quiet campsite while the proximity to Skövde (3.5 km) provides access to both speed and fan if desired. The facility is a nice family-owned campsite that is open all year round with a high standard.

On the site there is a nice service building containing all the facilities you may need for a pleasant stay. Tiled sanitary facilities for both men and women. Separate and lockable showers, toilets and changing tables are also standard at Billingens Stugby & Camping. Of course, we also find a large disabled toilet with shower at the facility.

If you need to do laundry during your stay, there are also washing machines and tumble dryers that you can easily book via the reception. The campsite offers a fully equipped kitchen where you will find stoves with oven, microwave and coffee maker.

The camping pitches are marked, numbered and available with both 10 and 16 amps electricity connection. All camping pitches are also completely flat with gravel for caravans and motorhomes with an associated grass area for the awning. If you want to enjoy that little extra during your stay, we recommend that you rent the cosy sauna which is open for use all year round!

Staying at Billingens Stugby & Camping gives you proximity to most of West Sweden's major attractions such as the Arena Skövde water park, Göta Kanal, Skara Sommarland, Karlsborg Fortress, Varnhem Abbey Church, Läckö Castle, Lake Hornborga and much more.

In the immediate area of Billingens Stugby & Camping, we have, as previously mentioned, Billingens leisure area. Here we find several fun activities for both young and old. A good start to the day for the little ones (and the big ones) is to take a walk on the Billinget troll trail. On this magic trail, you can walk and perform tasks and activities along the beautiful path. The start of this adventurous walking trail, which is 2.6 km long, is only 200 metres from the campsite.

Not to be missed during your stay is of course Billingen, the mountain where you will find caves and beautiful nature to explore. If you like MTB (mountain bike) there is also a track for this. All the trails, which come in different levels of difficulty, start right next to Billingens Stugby & Camping.

Last but not least, you must not miss Billingebadet, which is said to be the bath that has Sweden's finest view. Not only that, but this beautiful bath is only 200 metres from the facility.
