Description
Blankaholms NaturCamping is a child-friendly family campsite in the forests of Småland. In a beautiful nature reserve between the Baltic Sea and a protected oak forest you will find this campsite. There are 42 pitches with electricity, ideal for caravans, motorhomes or tents. There are also a large number of pitches without electricity. The campsite does its utmost to make its guests as happy as possible and offers (subject to availability) free accommodation during your visit. For example, you can choose to be extra close to the service building, by the sea, next to the swimming area, under the shade of the trees or a little more secluded. Wherever you choose to stay, you will always have access to free WiFi on the campsite during the summer months.
In the service building you will find:
- Cooking facilities
- Shower and WC
- Shower and WC with disabled access
- At the back there is also the possibility to empty the latrine
On the campsite there is also a small holiday village with 5 cottages. These are located next to the bathing area with a beautiful view of the bay. The cottages are non-smoking and all cottages have their own parking space. You choose whether you want to order cleaning or borrow cleaning equipment from us at the reception. If you need a cot or extra mattress, these are available to rent for SEK 120 per night.
The cottages are equipped with:

Blankaholms NaturCamping is always close to play. The area has both a playground and a swimming area. The swimming area has a nice sandy beach and a trampoline. If you want to be a little more secluded, there are several lovely cliffs to discover.
The campsite has a range of activities for those who like water. Hire a canoe, paddle a kayak or go out on a boat, you can also hire or join our sailing boat out on Gåsfjärden. During the summer months, the campsite also offers daily archipelago trips with M/S Paulina.
In the evenings, the campsite opens its wood-fired sauna for camping guests. Coffee, tea, sweets, ice cream, etc. are available at the reception. During the summer season, the campsite also organises various performances in the area.
There is a lot to discover in the vicinity of the campsite. Right next to the camping area is Majkaseberget, which offers a view of the archipelago. A short walk away you'll find a cosy little village with a general store, a harbour café and a restaurant.

Blankaholms NaturCamping is the perfect starting point for those who want to discover all that Småland has to offer. A well-visited and much appreciated tourist destination is Astrid Lindgren's World. In Astrid Lindgren's World, young and old alike can wander around the fantastic fairytale worlds that Astrid created. Take the opportunity to visit the farm where Astrid grew up - Astrid Lindgren's Näs.
Tickets for Astrid Lindgren's World can be ordered at the reception at Blankholms NaturCamping. This way you don't have to start your visit by queuing, and of course the campsite doesn't charge extra for this service.
Other attractions in the area that are also well worth a visit are Hjorteds Moped Museum and our archaeological tour. The latter is held during the summer months and all camping guests are offered a daily walk together with our professional guide. A tour lasts 2-3 hours and during this history trip you can either go to "The mysterious Bronze Age - Snäckedal" or to "Small town / great significance - Solstadström from the Stone Age - 19th century".
