Camp Sjusjøen

Welcome to our idyllic campsite surrounded by beautiful nature in Mesnali, which is open all year round. We are located only 15 km from Lillehammer and 6 km from Sjusjøen. Here we have 20 permanent pitches for caravans and motorhomes available that can be used all year round. In the summer we have space for 30 caravans and motorhomes, some of which are drop-in pitches. There are power outlets with a current of 16 amps. There is a grocery store only 300 meters away that is open every day.

We offer a variety of facilities at our campsite, including:

• Drinking water
• Toilet emptying station in the immediate vicinity
• Laundry and drying room
• Newly renovated shower facility with two nice family bathrooms in a separate building
• Toilets and showers
• Outdoor activities such as chess, soccer field, volleyball, climbing wall, bouncy castle and beach

We also offer wifi throughout the campsite, but some caravans and cars may experience poor coverage indoors.

We have cabins and apartments for rent, with beds for 2-40 people. All units are well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including dishes, duvets, pillows, high chairs and beds. Bed linen can either be brought with you or rented from us. All units have a private bathroom with shower, and some also have a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing days, and there are activities both summer and winter.

Summer

On our site you will find a variety of children's play equipment such as swings, rope courses, bouncy castles and sandpits, etc. In addition, we have our own football pitch, volleyball court, badminton and basketball. A nature trail is also available all summer. Sjusjøen is 6 km away with great cycling and skiing trails, and there are many exciting hiking trails in the area. The Olympic city of Lillehammer, with its many attractions, is 15 km away, while Hunderfossen Family Park, Lilleputthammer and Hafjell are 25 km away. Sjusjøen Ski Center, with its cross-country skiing arena, alpine slope and jib park, is only 3 km away from the campsite.

Winter

The lighted ski slope is right next to the campsite, and we offer access to ski stables with lubrication profiles. We are located in the middle of the Birkebeiner Kingdom, right in the heart of winter sports. The area offers 350 kilometers of the world's best ski slopes, and Sjusjøen's trail network extends all the way down to Mesnali. Winter camping with us is very popular, and we have 32 power outlets with 16A fuses. The winter camping season extends from September 1 to May 1, and you can enjoy both autumn and winter in the mountains. We also have available drop-in spaces for both caravans and motorhomes, but we ask that you let us know a few days in advance so that we can prepare a space for you. Plowing for the caravan is included in the season price.
