Welcome to Haugsjåsund camping!

Here you will find a lovely campsite located in beautiful surroundings in Nissedal municipality along Riksväg 41, between Åmli and Treungen. . Regardless of whether you are a day hiker, a week hiker or want a fixed place, we have something for you.

At the facility we have a large, clean and stylish sanitary facility with both toilet and shower. You will also find a wonderful sandy beach and a natural pool suitable for the smallest children. We also have a trampoline, sandbox and swing for the little ones to enjoy. If you want to play ball, we have a nice sand volleyball court right down by the river.

If you want to try your luck at fishing, there are great fishing opportunities in the area. here you can find both trout, whitefish and perch. The river is part of the Nidelva which flows into Arendal.

We also offer rental of boats, canoes and bicycles.

15 km from the Haugsjåsund campsite you will find the well-known and well-visited pit in Nissedal. This is a bathing area that attracts both young and old with its unique bathing opportunities.
