Description
Welcome to Hoks Naturcamping. A quiet, familiar and scenic campsite with forest and open fields about 2 km from Hoks village.
At Hoks Naturcamping there are 30 caravan pitches with electricity, as well as 11 cabins with 4-6 beds that are fully equipped with toilet, shower, hob, kitchen, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a TV in the cabins if you want to relax after a long day. Guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen. All cottages are also non-smoking.
The renovated service building has a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The reception is in the same building as the service centre.
There is also a room for larger groups with a kitchen called Höjden. It is used for association meetings, parties and family reunions. Höjden is located on a hill with a large veranda where you can barbecue and watch the sunsets during the summer. The room can accommodate 30 people.

Many people come to Hoks Naturcamping to relax in nature and get away from the stress of everyday life. Nevertheless, there is actually a lot to do if you just want to. Right by Hoks Naturcamping there is a river with a swimming area that you as a guest can use. The bathing area also has a landscaped jetty. Right next to the bathing area there is a shelter with a fireplace where you can barbecue. The perfect place to take a break after a few hours of sun and swimming. There are several larger swimming spots in the area if you feel like exploring.
There are also great fishing opportunities at Hoks Naturcamping. As a guest at Hoks Naturcamping, you have access to both canoe and boat hire if you want to get out on the lake and test your fishing luck. After that, you can do like many others and grill your own catch in the fireplace with your company and look out over the river and the beautiful sunset - Swedish summer!
If you want to challenge someone in the gang to a round of golf, you can also do so on the Forest or Park course located at Hooks Manor.
For those who prefer to just enjoy the fact that you are in nature, there are lots of nice hiking trails to choose from. The 44-mile Höglandsleden trail has several fantastic trails to offer and attracts lots of tourists and hikers every year.
If you have children with you, there are pedal cars and a playground that are very popular.
If you want to discover things a little further afield, Småland is obviously a safe bet for the whole family. High Chaparall, Astrid Lindgren's World, Skara Sommarland and Gränna are all within easy reach by transport.
If you need to buy food and supplies for your stay at the campsite, you can do so in Vaggeryd, which is 1 mile west of Hoks Naturcamping.

Hoks Naturcamping is open all year round for cabin hire. The high season lasts from April to October and is also the period when you can stay at Hoks Naturcamping with a caravan, motorhome or tent. It is possible to empty both latrine and grey water.
At Hoks Naturcamping you choose your pitch when you arrive. There is no possibility to pre-book a specific pitch. If you want an extra secluded pitch, you can ask for it at reception when you check in.
