Description
Horns Skärgårdscamping is an enchanting campsite located in Södermanland, at Örsbaken, only 13 kilometres from central Nyköping and with direct proximity to the archipelago, forests and fields. Here you can experience the genuine archipelago life while having all the benefits that Nyköping has to offer within easy reach.
We offer a variety of accommodation options, including cabins, tent sites and camping pitches with electricity. Our cabins have varying equipment. All cabins are highly functional and kept in excellent condition. Each of them has a location close to the sea, a sun deck with outdoor furniture, barbecue, fridge, hobs, full kitchen equipment and access to both cold and hot fresh water (note that this does not apply to Kajutan when it comes to water).

Within the camping area there is our newly renovated service house with shower and toilet. The campsite, located in Södermanland at Örsbaken, offers a peaceful location only 13 kilometres from central Nyköping and direct access to the archipelago, forests and fields.
We provide various accommodation options, including five functional cottages with varying equipment and a total of 16 beds. The cabins have a seafront location, sun deck with outdoor furniture, barbecue, fridge, hobs and full kitchen equipment, as well as cold and hot fresh water (except for Kajutan in the case of water). Tent pitches and camping pitches with electricity are also available.
Within the campsite, we have recently upgraded our service building, which includes amenities such as showers and toilets. The campsite is directly connected to the sea and has a marina. For those wishing for a boating experience, we offer the rental of a 5 metre open boat with motor, perfect for fishing trips or day trips to the archipelago.
A bathing ladder has recently been installed on the jetty, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea. Outside the campsite there is a fantastic archipelago setting with various nature reserves and opportunities for both sea and lake fishing.
For nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, there are as many as 100 miles of hiking trails in Sörmlandsleden, with various hiking destinations such as Arnhalvön, Fjällmossen, Vansjön and Bergturen Simonberget runt. The cycling trails stretch for miles and miles, and the Näckros Trail, 70 miles long with 14 stages, takes you around Sörmland and past many attractions.
For families on camping holidays, Öster Malma Wildlife Park is a popular destination where you can see Swedish wildlife such as moose and red deer. With its proximity to Nyköping, you have easy access to the city's history walks and Sörmland's museum, which won the award for Sweden's best museum in 2020.
