Description
Welcome to Lapland Guides where we provide outdoor activities and accommodation that is close to nature. That includes climbing mountain peaks, hiking, skiing, cycling with wide tyres, experiencing luxury camping and other exciting adventures. My base is in Sorsele and Ammarnäs, but I also offer my activities throughout Lapland.
In the summer you can relax to the sound of the waves lapping against the shore and enjoy the midnight sun lighting up the horizon behind the low mountains. Explore the surrounding areas by either kayaking, cycling on fat tyres or standing up on a paddleboard. If you're interested in fishing, try catching a noble fish right from the raft or further downstream in the rapids.
In winter, treat yourselves to some relaxation with the sound of a rushing rapids and experience the magical midwinter light illuminating the horizon behind a crackling fire. Taste the coffee brewed over an open fire, it's never been better. When your toes start to feel cold, it's time to take off your shoes and seek shelter in the cosy tent hut. There you can sit in comfortable furniture and share stories with each other by a warming fireplace.

In the vicinity of their operations there are opportunities for skiing, snowshoeing, northern lights tours, dog sledding and much more. There are also several beautiful national parks and nature reserves to visit, where you can experience the untouched nature and see wildlife such as reindeer, moose and bears. For those who want to experience Sami culture and history, there are opportunities to visit Sami families and camps, and to learn about Sami traditions and crafts.
