Description
Laxviken Fishing Camp, located in the picturesque village of Föllinge in Jämtland County, is a true paradise for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers. Surrounded by Jämtland's magnificent nature, with its untouched forests, sparkling lakes and rivers such as Hårkan and Långan, the campsite offers a unique experience for those seeking relaxation in a genuine wilderness environment.
For the adventurous, there are also two huts built in the forest, complete with an indoor stove and outdoor fireplace, offering an authentic wilderness experience.
As well as fantastic fishing waters right by the campsite, which is part of the Laxviken fisheries management area, there is access to fishing guiding and fly fishing courses for beginners and experienced anglers alike.
During the winter months, the area is transformed into a winter fishing paradise with regular fishing competitions and countless quiet ponds and lakes perfect for ice fishing.
