Löfgrens camping

Löfgrens Camping is the small, quiet and family campsite where you can stay in a cabin, tent, caravan or motorhome. Löfgrens Camping is also called Lysekil's closest campsite, as it is located only 2 km from the centre of Lysekil and all that it entails with shops, kiosks and restaurants. The campsite is located right next to the sea, here you have Gullmarsfjorden with a nice sandy beach available just 300 metres from the facility.

The campsite is almost reminiscent of a small village where small-scale and ecological principles<br>

are highly valued. For example, the electricity at the site is produced almost exclusively by solar panels and the hot water by solar collectors. The service building at Löfgren's campsite is divided into two, one of which houses the kitchen, showers, toilets, laundry facilities and more. The other also has a kitchen and a lounge with table tennis, board games, TV and more. Here you can socialise and relax even on a rainy day, maybe you'll meet a new friend or two?

Löfgrens Camping has around 20 pitches for caravans and motorhomes, and around 20 pitches for tents. If you want to go into Lysekil to discover what is there, there is a free bus during the summer months between 09:00 - 19:00. Of course, it is also possible to walk and cycle for those who want to.

Only 2 km from Löfgrens Camping you will find the cosy coastal town of Lysekil. Lysekil is also called "the city by the sea" and is found at the far end of the beautiful west coast of Bohuslän, where Gullmarsfjorden lies open to the wide sea. This beautiful archipelago environment, together with an exuberant city life and outdoor activities, makes this a place you can visit all year round.

Lysekil, like many other coastal towns, originates from an old fishing community and offers experiences and activities for both young and old. Here you will find everything you can imagine, from cosy and well-preserved neighbourhoods from the past, to cold bath houses. If you're tired of wandering around cafés and restaurants, we recommend that you visit the aquarium, Havets Hus. In this beautiful tunnel aquarium, you can see dogfish, eels, crabs and much more. If you're in the mood for more adventurous activities, there are also climbing, diving and various fishing trips to enjoy. When evening comes, you can hire a sea kayak and watch the beautiful sunset which, together with the salt-splashed atmosphere, creates a magical end to the day. As the icing on the cake, you will also experience the silhouette of Lysekil's beautiful town.

When you're done exploring Lysekil and all that it has to offer, you can head to a number of cosy spots in the surrounding area. One tip is to hop on the ferry that will take you across Gullmarsfjorden and end up on Skaftölandet. Here you will find small picturesque villages such as the cosy Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund. Some other popular destinations you won't want to miss during your stay are the prehistoric rock carvings outside Brastad, the beautiful Härnäset, where the waters of Brofjorden and Åbyfjorden meet, Röe Gård, located in Brodalen, and the adventurous climbing cliffs in Träleberg and Lyse.
