Description
Lufta Camping is located in the peaceful Västerbotten region in northern Sweden between Skellefteå and Umeå. We are a campsite with nature in focus where our guests can find joy and peace. We can also organise fantastic conferences!
With us you will find tent pitches, cabins, pitches with electricity and camping pitches with electricity.
We have 3 service buildings in the camping area, one of which is equipped with a shower and toilet. In the other service building you will also find a kitchen for simple cooking (bring your own kitchen equipment), washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a third smaller service building for the lower campsites that is open until the end of August.
In the camping area we have 2 heated pools suitable for all ages. Here you can just enjoy yourself and take a dip!

Nearby
The camping area is the definition of a scenic campsite with peaceful nature in all directions. Here, the mind can find the peace that only northern nature can provide. We have large grassy areas for games and play for adults and children.
During the summer, it is popular to play on our volleyball court and also play adventure golf.
At the campsite we have a view restaurant with full rights. Here we also have elements of Västerbotten cheese in many of our dishes. During Christmas time, we also serve a very popular Christmas table. Come and enjoy!
For those who want a little spa feeling during your camping holiday, we also have a sauna and a wood-fired hot tub for up to 10 people. The hot tub takes several hours to heat up and should be booked during the morning. The hot tub costs SEK 1200.
At the campsite, we also have gold panning, which is very much appreciated and is perhaps a surprisingly exciting activity to embark on. It is with great excitement that you wash for many gold nuggets small.
5 km from the campsite you will find Hakatjärn lake where you can fish for rainbow trout. The area is also easily accessible for the disabled. There are also barbecue areas and fishing licences are available at the lake. Good luck with your fishing luck!
The campsite also offers canoe and boat hire so you can explore the area from the water's perspective. We guarantee great views!
In the surrounding area there are plenty of trails to explore either on foot or by bike.
Only 3 km from the campsite, perhaps Sweden's most beloved cheese is stored. We are of course talking about Västerbotten cheese! Here you can go and get guided tours and learn more about cheese making and all its tricks and rules.
Opposite the campsite is the Galgbacken local history area. During July you can get guided tours and learn about the history of the area.
About 15 km from the campsite we also have an agricultural museum where you can learn more about the farms that are a big part of the area's history.
Within walking distance are other attractions such as Nysätra church, the courthouse and Roseniusgården.
In the immediate area there are several smaller towns, each with its own story to tell. Here you are free to explore these on your own.
