Welcome to Ørje Motorhome Park. A central, idyllic stopover not far from the Swedish border. With its unique location on Tangen, right by the pier and the historic locks in Ørje, this motorhome park offers the most. Here there are short distances to sights, nature and shopping. The motorhome park is located just a stone's throw from the E18, despite the proximity to the main road, most visitors experience a peaceful stay.
Ørje Bobilparkering has six dedicated spaces exclusively for campers, and each space includes access to electricity. An important point to note is that caravans are not allowed.
For your sanitary needs, there is a service house adjacent to the parking lot, complete with a toilet and the ability to empty both toilet cassettes and grey water. For those who need to refill their water, this is possible at the red service house by the Båtcafeen. It should be noted, however, that the toilet and shower facilities are closed for the winter from October 1 to May 1. There is also an emptying station for campers at the rest area on the other side of the E18 for Circle K / by Norgesporten Bridge, which is not far away.

For those who want to explore the area around Ørje, the motorhome parking is ideally located. Visit Indre Østfold's tourist information is right next door, where you can get good tips on what to see and do. Ørje locks, a superb example of Norwegian engineering from the days of canal building, are within walking distance. Here you can also enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal at the Båtcafeen, which is a popular meeting point. Ørje city center, with its shops, restaurants, is just a short walk away, and offers a pleasant change from life on the road.

Ørje Bobilparkering is open year-round, but it is important to note that certain facilities, such as showers and toilets, have limited opening hours in the colder months. Showers can be purchased in the summer, from June 15 to August 15, when the Visit Indre Østfold office at the pier is open. For those who need to empty their grey water, the emptying facilities are located at the picnic area by the Norgesporten bridge, opposite the Circle K gas station.
Respecting that there are only six spaces available, and that these are reserved for campers, is essential to maintaining a good environment at Ørje Bobilparkering. Grei og sentrumsnær parkering, men ganske mye feststøy på en fredag.

Utrolig koselig i Ørje med mange nydelige butikker og kafeer. Nydelig badeplass og enkel bobilparkering med strøm og toalett, minus var at vi var der i helgen og at det var party på bryggekafeen/restaurant og da var det mye trafikk med andre biler og bråk av mennesker til toalettet der vi sover🚐 Om vi skal ditt igjen blir det i ukedagene.Burde ha vært en bom eller kode for toaletter etter klokken 22, slik at bare de som skal bo der har tilgang😁Ha en god sommer videre til dere alle 💖 🌞

Nydelig plass rett ved sluser og fin badeplass. Kort vei til koselig sentrum. Kranen for fylling av drikkevann var i ustand.

Koselig bobilplass på et fint område med badestrand og turområde. Vi var uheldige å vere der på en lørdagskveld, da en større gjeng ungdommer hadde fest i nærheten med høy musikk til over kl.03. De brukte fellestoalettene som stod rett bak bobilen vår, så derfor var det litt vel mye action rundt oss når vi helst skulle ha fått sove. Jeg anbefaler derfor andre å velge ukedager istedenfor lørdagskveld, og dere vil få et fint opphold. Betalings-app fungerer veldig bra. Anbefales!
