Welcome to Camping vid Världens Ände - a scenic jewel in the heart of Jämtland, located in the small village of Rossön.<br>

Open from 1 June to 30 September 2025, this charming campsite offers the perfect combination of nature experiences and amenities to guarantee all guests an unforgettable stay.

Whether you're travelling by caravan, motorhome, bus, tent or just with a sleeping bag - there's a wide range of cosy accommodation options. On spacious pitches next to the picturesque Rossötjärnen lake, in a reserved area for caravans, motorhomes, buses or tents, or in one of our simple wooden huts - here you will find the perfect place for your night. Experience the idyllic atmosphere of untouched nature, surrounded by lush forests and clear lakes.

The campsite has six simple but well-equipped self-catering cabins named Tjorven, Lillebror, Ronja, Matthis, Lotta and Tomte - perfect for families or small groups looking for a comfortable base during their stay.

For those who want to experience everything camping life has to offer, there is plenty of space for tents and caravans, including 18 electric pitches that offer extra comfort for modern campers.

At Rossön Camping there is a well-equipped service building, "Skrållan", with showers, toilets and laundry facilities. A communal kitchen offers everything you need to cook and makes it easy to enjoy dinner under the stars.

For smaller purchases, there is a kiosk on site where you can buy drinks and ice cream. Grilled sausages, currywurst, hot dogs, hamburgers and French fries will brighten up your day. Pre-ordered homemade rolls are a great way to start the day. From summer 2025, the kiosk will also serve as an InfoPoint, making it easier to plan day activities and excursions.

The campsite is also known for its beautiful, unguarded lakeside swimming area with jetties and barbecue facilities - perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

For those who need to change before or after the bath, the bathhouse "Emil" is available.

We, Volker and Karin, took over the campsite in 2025 and look forward to your visit.

Make sure you book your accommodation well in advance, especially during the most popular months of the camping season when demand for site facilities and accommodation increases.

Jämtland's changing climate requires you to prepare for all weathers, so pack clothes and equipment suitable for both warm, sunny days and the more rugged and rainy occasions.

At Rossön Camping, all members of the family, including pets, are very welcome. It's a pet-friendly site, so don't forget to bring your four-legged friends on holiday.
