Description
Welcome to Rötvikens Camping. Located by Lake Hotagen and in the middle of the Hotagenkort fishing paradise, close to Hotagsfjällen, Ansättfjällen and Stenfjällen. Here there are fantastic camping plots and tent sites with nature as the nearest neighbor. The campsite has seven small four-bed cabins with hotplates and refrigerators, as well as caravan and tent sites. Rötvikens Camping also has a service building with access to kitchen, dining room, toilets, shower, drying cabinet and washing machine.
There are a very large number of fishing waters in the area and proximity to hunting grounds in the forest as well as in the mountains. The area around Rötvikens Camping is truly fabulous. There is a very large number of fishing waters in the area and proximity to hunting grounds both in the forest and in the mountains. There are also lots of exciting hiking trails in the area and the adjacent mountains. The Kommissionsleden hiking trail passes the campsite with connections to hiking trails in the Ansett, Hotag and Offerdals mountains.
The three-mile long lake Hotagen and Hotagsbygden offer fantastic opportunities for fishing, hunting, boating, canoeing, excursions and hiking, or just enjoying the tranquility of the magnificent nature.
In Rötviken you are in the middle of the Hotagen card's fishing paradise with more than 100 trout and char waters on one fishing license. The Fiskevägen card gives you 13 miles of fishing.
Right next to Rötvikens Camping is the nice shop and meeting place Servicepunkt Handlarn Rötviken with groceries, fuel, café, free wifi, tourist information, fishing licenses, crafts, mini market, bicycle rental and agents for Apoteket, Systembolaget, Svenska Spel and Bussgods.
