Siviks Camping

In Bohuslän, on the beautiful west coast right by the sea, lies Siviks Camping. This is a child-friendly campsite with a lovely shallow sandy beach not far from Smögen. It attracts visitors who like sun, swimming and fishing.

Siviks Camping offers a total of 310 camping pitches for caravans, motorhomes or tents. You choose whether you want a place with or without electricity, we have the perfect place for you. In addition, there are caravans, de-luxe caravans and 19 cabins on the site.

The service building and common areas on site are equipped with everything from toilets, showers, baby changing rooms, several fresh water taps, a separate sewage station, laundry facilities, a kitchen and a common room.

Siviks Camping, with its location in summer-popular Bohuslän, is a west coast gem that many choose to come back to year after year.

With the fine, shallow sandy beach and the warm cliffs close to the camping pitches, the campsite is a firm favourite with families with children.

When it comes to activities and things to do here, mini golf, kayaking, fishing, rock climbing and cosy walks are recurring favourites among visitors.

The beautiful archipelago outside Sivik is really perfect for walking, kayaking and canoeing. If you prefer to get around by bike for exciting explorations, there are local operators who rent them out.

There is a well-stocked service shop that sells freshly baked bread every morning during the summer.

Lysekil town centre is about 4 km from the campsite. You can easily get there by bus, which runs just outside the area. Lysekil is a real summer town and attracts thousands of tourists every year.

During the high season there is a small sightseeing train called City-Tuffen where you can get on and look around the town. The personal approach and service of the small, cosy shops is well known among visitors and part of the charm of this city. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and grocery stores are plentiful here.

You can also visit Havets Hus, go to the theatre in Havsbadsparken, take part in the sing-along in the city park or just stroll around and take in the surroundings. There's even a cinema if you fancy enjoying a few hours in the dark.

Smögen, by far Bohuslän's most famous tourist destination, is also close to Siviks Camping. People come here from far and wide to experience the intense boat traffic, shop in the stores or stroll around and eat well. And while you're here, don't miss out on Smögen prawns and other seafood. They taste best in Smögen.

The nightlife here is also really good. Midsummer is the absolute peak of the season, but during the summer months the events are lined up and take turns, while the atmosphere in the bars is at its peak.

The campsite is open from the beginning of April until the end of September.

From midsummer until mid-August the site offers full service with reception hours from 08:00 - 23:00.

The campsite is adapted for people with reduced mobility. In most of the area you can surf wirelessly with Wi-Fi. Tickets for surfing can be purchased at reception.

As this is a family-friendly campsite, the area should be quiet between 23:00 - 06:00. There are many children running around the area so please keep your speed down when driving here. The staff at reception will be there for you throughout your stay. The campsite is eco-labelled.
