Welcome to Utladalen Camping , an idyllic oasis located in the heart of the valley of waterfalls, with majestic mountains and impressive waterfalls as your closest neighbors. The campsite is a perfect base for adventurous guests who want to explore Jotunheimen from the west, while offering peace and relaxation in scenic surroundings.
We offer a variety of accommodation options to suit all needs:

- Separate section for campers and caravans with electricity connection.
- Spacious tent site for those who want to get closer to nature.
Our facilities include:
- Modern sanitary facilities with showers and toilets.
- Free WiFi for all guests.
- Kiosk with daily necessities, snacks and souvenirs.
- Café and pub with food service, wine and beer rights, and an atmospheric lavvo that seats 45 people. Quiz nights, live music and dancing are regularly arranged for our guests.
For groups, we can arrange meals and special events in our lavvo upon request. Whether you are here for a short stopover or a longer stay, we promise you an authentic and comfortable experience.

Utladalen Camping is surrounded by spectacular nature and exciting attractions. Utladalen is known as the "valley of waterfalls" and has four impressive waterfalls: Hjellefossen , Avdalsfossen , Hyljefossen and the famous Vettisfossen - Norway's highest unregulated waterfall and voted Norway's most beautiful waterfall. These can be reached via well-marked hiking trails directly from the campsite.
For those looking for a bigger challenge, the Hurrungane mountain area in Jotunheimen is easily accessible. Here you can try your hand at demanding summit hikes or enjoy quieter hikes with panoramic views of mountains and fjords.
The Sognefjord , the world's longest fjord, is also nearby and offers opportunities for boat trips, kayaking and fishing. In Øvre Årdal, just a short drive away, you will find restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.
