Welcome to Valsøya, a unique camping experience located in Heim municipality, Trøndelag, by the beautiful Valsøyfjord.
Between Trondheim and Kristiansund, along the E39, we offer a perfect stopover on the way to or from the famous Atlantic Road. Valsøya is not just a place, but an experience where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature with views of both mountains and fjords.
Our facility is specifically designed to offer something for everyone. Whether you arrive with a tent, campervan or caravan, there is plenty of space to set up your temporary home with a view of the sea.
Here we have everything for a comfortable stay: two modern sanitary facilities, one of which was newly renovated in 2020, shower, electricity access, and a CamperClean emptying machine for easy waste management, all included in the booking of your space.
For the adventurous, Valsøya offers a variety of activities. Our climbing park, opened in 2018, has trails of all levels of difficulty, from orange to red, as well as zip-liners and quick-jumps, guaranteeing fun for all ages. For water sports enthusiasts, we have sea kayak rentals and offer boat rentals for exploring the Valsøyfjord.
The children will love our small playground while the whole family can enjoy sunny days on the beach or grill together at our prepared barbecue area at Hestholmen.
