Welcome to Vestbirk Camping, a gem in the heart of scenic Central Jutland, where you can enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful nature right by the river Gudenåen and Lake Highlands. Our campsite has everything you need for a relaxing and adventurous holiday. We offer a wide range of accommodation options to suit all needs. Choose from our spacious camping pitches for tents and caravans, or stay in one of our well-equipped camping cabins or luxury tents if you want a little extra comfort.
For families with children, Vestbirk Camping is a true paradise. Kids will love our free heated pool with water slide and separate children's pool. We have several playgrounds, one of which has a knight's castle, zip wire and bouncy castles for hours of fun. During the high season we organise fun activities for children and the young at heart, so there's always something to look forward to.
We also have animals on site, and the little ones will love meeting our cute and cuddly goats. You can feed them with corn, which can be bought in our shop. Vestbirk Camping also has modern facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Our service buildings include a kitchen, toilets and shower facilities, and you have access to free WiFi throughout the campsite.
We also have a large barbecue hut where you can gather the family for a cosy barbecue and two function rooms that can be rented for larger events. Whether you're here for a short weekend or a longer holiday, Vestbirk Camping is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

You can take an idyllic canoe trip on the Gudenåen river, which runs close by the campsite, or take a leisurely walk along the lakes and enjoy the sight of deer and other animals in the surrounding enclosures.
Just a short drive from the campsite you'll find the Lost Bridge, a fascinating historic bridge that has become a popular excursion destination. For shopping and city life, Horsens, Vejle, Skanderborg and Aarhus are within easy reach, where you can experience culture, restaurants and shops.
For families with children, there are also plenty of exciting activities close to the campsite. The nearby lakes offer great opportunities for fishing and swimming, and there are plenty of cycling and hiking trails in the area.
