The pitches are spacious, partly shaded and offer a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of peace and quiet. Electricity connections are available, as well as a clean supply and disposal station for grey water and chemical toilets. Toilets are available on site and are cleaned regularly.

There are a few things you should know in advance to make your stay at the Blitzer service area as pleasant as possible. Getting there is particularly straightforward, as the site is located in the immediate vicinity of the main road - ideal for late arrivals or stopovers on the way to the south or north of Germany.
The pitches are not parcelled out, which gives you maximum flexibility when choosing your pitch. Dogs are welcome on the site - but please keep them on a lead. The on-site snack bar is usually open daily, offers hot food and drinks and accepts both cash and card payments.
Please note that this is a more natural pitch - perfect for those who love the authentic and unspoilt. It is currently not necessary to book in advance, but it is advisable to check availability by phone before travelling - especially in high season.
