Description
The Camping Unter'm Dilsberg campsite in picturesque Neckargemünd, located in the Rhine-Neckar district, offers pure nature and relaxation. With around 100 pitches that blend harmoniously into the park-like landscape with its old trees and direct location on the Neckar, this site is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
The campsite has existed for over 60 years and has been under new management since 2023, bringing with it a breath of fresh air and modern adaptations.
Visitors can choose from a range of spacious pitches, some of which are paved and surrounded by meadows, offering a natural environment. The site is equipped with modern sanitary facilities, its own jetty and a slipway for canoes and SUPs.
Thanks to its cleanliness, the Neckar is also ideal for swimming. Technology enthusiasts have the opportunity to watch the passing ships or follow the lockage at the nearby Neckarsteinach lock.
For guests' convenience, the campsite offers a bread roll service and dogs are also welcome, at no extra cost.
A particular highlight is the panoramic view of the four castles and the Dilsberg castle fortress, which makes the campsite an excellent starting point for excursions in the region.

The immediate surroundings of the "Camping Unter'm Dilsberg" campsite offer numerous leisure activities. The Neckar cycle path, one of the most beautiful cycle paths in Germany, runs right past the campsite and is ideal for long cycle tours.
Just 500 metres away is the Neckarsteinach lock, which provides easy access to the charming town of Neckarsteinach, known for its historical sights and cosy cafés.
The region also offers excellent opportunities for hikers, with numerous signposted trails leading through the impressive landscape of the Neckar Valley.

Guests of the "Camping Unter'm Dilsberg" campsite should note that arrival should not take place before 14:00 in order not to hinder departure traffic. Check-in is possible daily from 15:00 to 18:00, and departure should be no later than 12:00 noon to avoid traffic conflicts.
Quiet hours must be observed daily from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 8:00. It is not permitted to drive on the site during these times.
For early departures or late arrivals, it is possible to park outside the campsite. These rules help to ensure peace and order on the site and a pleasant stay for all guests.
