I want to make a complaint - who should I contact?
At Campcation, our ambition is to provide as good an overview of our partner campsites as possible. After your camping stay, it is therefore possible to leave a review of the campsite you visited. With that said, we do not make quality checks beyond this and you must therefore on your own make any complaints regarding your stay or the standard of the facility directly to the campsite. If you have been charged too much or the campsite advertised with us at Campcation was not available, please contact us using the form below so that we can take a closer look at the problem. If you discover inaccuracies about a campsite, please contact the campsite directly.
